Since 1985, Chrysalis House has walked alongside thousands of families, children, birth parents, and individuals through some of life’s most profound decisions and transitions. We have answered questions, offered support, witnessed tears, celebrated new beginnings, and watched families grow.
Finalization days have always been among our favorite days at Chrysalis House, Inc. They represent hope fulfilled, courage honored, love made visible, and the moment when an adoption becomes official. For over four decades, Chrysalis House has had the privilege of standing beside families as they reached this meaningful milestone and stepped into a new chapter together.
On September 18, one family celebrated the next chapter of their forever story. For Chrysalis House, that day held a special and bittersweet significance: it marked the final adoption to be finalized through our agency. That family now joins the many children, parents, birth families, and loved ones who make up the enduring legacy of Chrysalis House.
As Chrysalis House closes its doors, the lives touched through this work remain our forever legacy. To every family who trusted us with part of your story: Thank You. This work with you has truly been our deepest honor.
