Count Your Blessings…

Sometimes the best medicine for life’s stressors is making an overt effort to appreciate what you have. The holiday season is well on it’s way… are you in the mood to give thanks and pay it forward? We’re kicking off a new fundraiser this holiday season that will give you the chance to give thanks for the blessings in your life while also helping out children and families in need. By reflecting on your blessings, you’ll be helping us pass more blessings on to others!

This can be a fun activity that can involve your whole household.  Take a moment to review and ponder what you are most thankful for this year.

How many of these blessings apply to you? To join in the fun, look over the list with your family and reflect on the blessings and joys you’ve had over the past year. We’ve included some *suggested* donation amounts (you can give more or less than what is recommended). Mark the dollar amount that you’d like to give to the left of each “blessing,” and then tally the total at the end. Then, return this form to Chrysalis House, Inc. with your form of payment (7395 N. Palm Bluffs Ave. #106, Fresno, CA 93711).

Your support will help Chrysalis House bring more children home to their forever families in 2014! All donations will help us provide outreach and counseling to potential birth parents, post-adoption support for families in need, and to support volunteer families in our “Baby Step” homes who care for infants in need of an emergency placement. As always, we are a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization and all of your donations are tax-deductible.

This fundraiser is open to anyone who finds it worthwhile, whether you’re a client of Chrysalis House (past, present, future or maybe never) .
